Online WPS Salary Deposit
To avoid any delays in the future, please go through the attached file and follow the points below. These points will enable us to generate Salary Booking Reference numbers at a shorter turnaround time. Please maintain the updated sheet and forward it towpssupport@gccexchange.com.
Below are the three simple steps to be followed for processing the employees salary:
Step 1
Download the Salary Deposit Slip File.
Step 2
Fill all the details in the Excel Format of Deposit Salary Slip File and save on your computer.
Step 3
Using the Browse Button, upload the excel format along with your contact details.
- Follow a uniform format without changing any header row.
- Please make sure to edit the SALARY MONTH every time the file is being mailed for processing.
- Please mention the company name and salary month in the email subject.
- You will receive a salary booking reference number by email.
- Afterward, you can make a bank transfer or deposit a cheque to our account.
- Provide an online transaction slip/cheque copy attached with a deposit slip against the salary booking reference number for salary processing.
- Please do not include a salary deduction in a salary file for an employee. Enter only the total salary amount.
- Please do not include any calculations in your template.

Important Notice: Kindly note Emirates NBD Bank have started a new levy called Teller Charges which means any Cash Deposit or Internal transfer at the Emirates NBD Bank counter will be charged
aed 100 + VAT Per Transaction. So kindly Avoid Depositing from Emirates NBD Bank Teller Counters and Use Only Cash Deposit Machines (CDM Machine) to make your transfer to GCC Exchange Bank Account.
